In my almost three years of being gluten free, I’ve never been able to find a gluten free empanada. Lucky for me, this has changed thanks to Cassava.
Cassava is located in Chicago, Illinois, but they ship nationally and I am so happy that they do!! I was lucky enough to try three of their flavors- Spinach and Cheese, Beef and Cheese, and Steak and Cheese. All were equally amazing (the Steak and Cheese had a spicy hint to it) and super easy to make. They came frozen and all I had to do was pop them in the oven for 25 minutes and they were ready to melt in my mouth!!
